How to be a digital Citizen

 A person who uses information technology to participate in a variety of activities, including politics, society, entertainment, and marketing, is known as a "digital citizen." In the 21st century, digital citizenship refers to people who know how to use computers, tablets, mobile phones, and other devices to access the internet. A person who uses technology constructively and who comprehends the rights and responsibilities that come with being online is a good digital citizen. This seems like a simple rule, but it's probably the computerized decorum guideline that gets broken the most. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Keep your comments upbeat; be trustworthy and polite. Recognize times when someone has been helpful if you want to go above and beyond; express your gratitude and proactive kindness to them!

Be safe: Being safe online is a separate topic, very different from being a decent computer resident, and it has very different repercussions. Know the rules: Know the site's rules and principles—and follow them—whether you're using study hall gatherings, Twitter, Facebook, or another location. The "Site Rules" or "About Us" sections typically contain the individual principles that each people group expects customers to adhere to.

Be on the lookout. If you saw something where someone could be hurt, you would probably call for help, wouldn't you? If you find something on the internet that could hurt someone else, tell the site's administrators or a responsible adult. We can't be too careful these days because of cyberbullying and online predators, and we need to pay special attention to one another.
